About Lunoji
Lunoji is a Singapore-based startup where we design and create our own pet toys, bowls, treats, and supplements for the busy dog parent. We started in 2022 through crowdfunding and are now expanding our product offerings and moving into new international markets.
We are a small team in a fun, fast-growing industry. We love being creative and finding new ways to make life better for pets and their owners.

The Role
As our Operations Manager, you’ll work directly with our founder to keep the wheels turning as we scale up. You’ll not only be doing daily tasks. We’re looking for someone to also build the actual foundations and systems that will help us grow.
If you are hungry to learn how a startup really works, are not afraid to get your hands dirty, and want to take on big responsibilities, there is a huge amount of room to learn and lead here. Because we have a flat structure, you won’t just be a "cog in a machine". Instead, you’ll be involved in (almost) everything and grow right alongside us.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing our resources: Overseeing our supply chain and making sure our inventory is exactly where it needs to be.
- Building relationships: Chatting with our suppliers to make sure everything we create arrives on time and meets our quality standards.
- Making things run better: Designing the way we work so that our processes are smooth and easy to follow.
- Keeping us moving: Ensuring the day-to-day business (BAU) stays on track while we expand globally.
- Growing our sales: Helping our B2B partners and distributors succeed so we can reach more pet owners.
- Caring for our customers: Looking after our B2C community to make sure every pet parent has a great experience with us.
Who We’re Looking For

Skills You’ll Need
- The basics: A solid understanding of how operations work.
- The tools: You’re comfortable with numbers and good at using Google Sheets
- Languages: You can communicate in both English and Chinese to effectively liaise between the team and with our international suppliers.
- Tech: If you’re familiar with Shopify, Shopee and other e-commerce platforms before, that’s a great plus.

The Role
As someone cultivating our TikTok community, you’ll work closely with the team to build and lead our presence on TikTok from the ground up. This isn't just about posting videos; it’s about taking full ownership of TikTok as a major new e-commerce channel for Lunoji.
If you are hungry to prove that you can truly take charge and create true value through your passion in social media content, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning TikTok Shop: Taking full charge of the shop setup, product listings, and day-to-day management of the channel.
- Creating Content: Concepting, filming, and editing engaging videos that showcase our innovative pet products.
- Managing Affiliates: Finding and building relationships with creators and affiliates to get Lunoji products in front of new audiences.
- Driving Growth: Using data and trends to grow TikTok into a high-performing sales channel for the brand.
- Community Building: Engaging with the pet parent community and managing customer success within the TikTok ecosystem.
Who We’re Looking For
- A Content Native: You live and breathe TikTok, understand the trends, and know what makes people stop scrolling.
- A Natural Storyteller: You are full of ideas, and can create captivating stories out of a product
- Independent & Sharp: You can work on your own, move fast, and make decisions based on what the numbers are telling you.
- Detail-Oriented but Strategic: You care lots about the aesthetics of a video but never lose sight of the big picture. If you read this, start off your application with a dog emoji.
- A Pet Lover: It’s a huge bonus if you love and have pets. They, alongside other pets, will likely be the stars of your content.
Skills You’ll Need
- Proven Track Record: You must be able to demonstrate past content you’ve created (personal or professional) that shows your style and impact.
- The Tools: Proficiency in mobile video editing apps (CapCut, Edits, etc.) and a solid understanding of TikTok’s backend.
- Communication: You can communicate clearly and effectively with both our team and external partners.
- E-commerce Savvy: Familiarity with TikTok Shop. Any other e-commerce platforms is a plus.

The Role
As part of our Part-Time Event Crew network, we'll call upon your help during major pet events and popups. You will be the face and voice of Lunoji on the ground. This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys the energy of events and the thrill of sales. You’ll be right in the middle of the action, helping us grow our community one pet owner at a time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Representing Lunoji: Being the friendly face and voice of the brand at our pop-ups and events.
- Driving Sales: Assisting customers with product recommendations and explaining our latest promotions.
- Checkout & Service: Managing the checkout process and ensuring every customer (and their pet) leaves happy.
- Engaging the Community: Proactively chatting with pet owners to share what makes Lunoji special.
- Social Star: Being comfortable appearing in our social media content during events to help us capture the vibe.
Who We’re Looking For
- High Energy: You’re friendly, proactive, and love talking to people.
- Reliable & Honest: You’re a punctual team player who is responsible
- Detail-Oriented: You can keep the booth organized and spot tiny irregularities while keeping the big picture - great customer service - in mind. (If you read this, start off your application with a 'Henlo'.)
- Animal Lover: It’s a huge bonus if you’ve worked at pet events before and are naturally good with dogs and cats!
Skills You’ll Need
- Sales Flair: Confidence in working with people and basic numbers during checkout.

- Event Experience: Prior experience working at a pet event is a major plus.
- On-Camera Comfort: You’re happy to be featured in TikToks or IG Stories as we document our event days.
