For smaller dogs, or dogs that aren't familiar with puzzles, one Udon is a great starting point. However, to truly experience the versatility of Udon, we recommend connecting at least two or more Udon. If you have a puzzle-solving pro, we suggest four or more Udon to unlock the full giant puzzle experience and keep them engaged for longer!

It's easy! You can thread one Udon through the built-in slots of another, or simply tie them together using a normal overhand knot. The more Udon you add, the more complex your "noodle pile" becomes. Feel free to get creative with loops and braids!

Udon is designed for sniffing games and gentle play. It is not a chew toy. We always recommend supervising your pets during playtime to ensure they are interacting appropriately with their toys.

Udon is machine washable. We recommend placing it in a laundry bag and using a cold, gentle cycle with pet-safe detergent. For hand washing, soak Udon in warm water with a mild, pet-safe soap, rinse thoroughly, and gently squeeze out the excess water. Air drying is recommended to keep Udon in tip-top shape.

Start simple! Leave the Udon untied and place a few treats in plain sight on top of the fabric. As your dog gets the hang of it, start tucking treats in the slots, and experiment with tying a loose knot. Eventually, you can stuff treats between the layers of Udon, and your dog should be able to unravel the ball and get every treat out.

If you start with something too complex, your dog might get frustrated and start attempting to chew through or shred the material instead to get the treats. If you see this happening, adjust the puzzle to make it easier for your dog.
