Made with premium tinted borosilicate glass, these treat jars are designed and crafted to safely store and maximize the shelf life of all types of treats. With a timeless and elegant look, they boast a host of thoughtful features that make them an excellent option for humans and pets.
Food-safe and impermeable: Unlike plastics and other common materials, glass is inert and made from natural materials - meaning it does not absorb or leach harmful chemicals into food or water. Additionally, since glass is non-porous, food particles can't get stuck in scratches or pores and grow bacteria!
Reduces sun damage: Tinted glass reduces the amount of damaging UV light that passes through, keeping treats fresh for longer while still allowing you to see within. The grey pigment is a component of the glass, meaning the colour will never flake off.

Designed to keep treats fresh
Humidity, oxygen, and sunlight - the three biggest factors that cause your pet's treats to go bad. High moisture encourages the growth of mould, yeast, and bacteria; exposure to air causes fats to oxidise and turn rancid; and ultraviolet rays degrade fats and proteins.
That's why we've designed our treat jar with tinted glass that reduces harmful ultraviolet rays, and a fitted lid to keep air and moisture out.
Why glass?
Glass has a plethora of benefits as a material for food storage.
Glass is inert, non-toxic, and stable - it will not leach harmful chemicals into food or liquids over time or when exposed to heat. Being non-porous, there are no micro scratches or holes that can harbour food particles and bacteria.
Additionally, borosilicate glass is a special type of glass that is lightweight, durable, and more resistant to thermal shock compared to normal glass. The grey tint is achieved by mixing pigment directly into the material, meaning the colour will never flake off.
Of course, glass is also more eco-friendly, recyclable, and aesthetically-pleasing!
The jar is beautifully crafted and fits perfectly in your hand. It’s versatile enough to hold more than just treats. I love the tinted glass—it’s incredibly stylish and doesn’t even look like a typical treat jar
You’d think that since it’s glass, it’s gonna be heavy but nope! They are surprisingly light yet sturdy. And being translucent means it keep the treats fresh away from sunlight for longer yet I’m still able to see, pick and choose which treats I wanna give.
Really great for gifting too since they are so thoughtfully designed!
It can hold treats, food, and even water/milk! I love how it is the right size and safe to use for my furkids. And most importantly the lid is exchangeable with TROVE lid!

The amount of food that can fit into each jar depends on the size and shape of your treats! In general, each jar holds ~100g of typical dehydrated meat treats.
Yes, the glass jar is microwave and oven-safe. Please remove the lid prior to heating, as the lid is not made to withstand high heat.
The jar is freezer-safe. However, liquids expand by about 10% when frozen and can cause any hard materials to expand and crack. Please refrain from freezing large amounts of liquids.
Although the tinted glass does block out a portion of UV rays, it is not 100% protection. For long-term storage, keeping your jars in a cool dark place is still recommended.
