We take great care in checking our products for quality before shipping them out. But if we've managed to miss something, take a picture and let us know within 7 days of delivery, drop us an email and we'll be happy to offer a free exchange.

Refunds

If you're in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the product. Send your package back to us at 26 Sin Ming Lane #06-118 Midview City, Singapore 573971 with the original packaging, and we will issue you a full refund of the product cost, minus a S$5 transaction fee. We would also be grateful if you told us why.

Please note that no dog toy is indestructible and you are responsible for supervising your dog and ensuring proper use of products. Consumables must be unopened for this term to apply.
