About Lunoji
Lunoji is a Singapore-based startup that designs, manufactures, and retails pet enrichment toys, bowls, treats, and supplements. Launched in January 2022 through a successful crowdfunding campaign, we are currently expanding our product offerings as well as aiming for growth both locally and in new international markets.

The Role
As a B2B Sales & Partnerships Executive at Lunoji, you will work directly with our founder and be responsible for driving and scaling our B2B sales channels globally. Your primary objective will be to expand our footprint in international markets and build long-lasting strategic relationships with key distributors and retailers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify, prospect, and secure new international distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners to expand Lunoji's global reach.
- Develop and execute strategic market entry plans tailored to target countries
- Educate retail partners on the features and benefits of our products
- Coordinate with international retailers and distributors to support wholesale operations and maximize channel performance.
- Nurture and strengthen commercial relationships with existing and new B2B partners, ensuring collaborative growth.
- Negotiate commercial terms, distribution agreements, and pricing structures with international clients.
- Track and monitor sales pipeline and targets
- Gather on-the-ground feedback and market intelligence to support sales activities

- A keen learner who can work independently, navigate cross-border trade elements, and make choices based on numbers.
- A strong communicator, with the confidence to pitch to key decision-makers.
- Able to self-lead, and manage one’s own schedule and targets
- Animal loving and good with dogs and cats (we bring dogs to the office!).
Skills You’ll Need
- Proven understanding or experience in B2B sales, account management
- Basic Google Sheets / Excel skills for sales pipeline tracking and basic margin analyses.
- Confidence in working with sales targets and basic commercial forecasting metrics.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese (essential for coordinating with regional retailers and distributors).
- Familiarity with global sales platforms and B2B marketplaces is a bonus.
Other Details:
- Negotiable on full-time/part-time
- Location: Singapore, but international applicants are welcome to apply for a freelance role
